Jinyinhe announced that its controlling subsidiary, Jiangxi Jinde Lithium New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., successfully won the exploration right for the Jiaokeng tin polymetallic prospect in Yudu County, Jiangxi Province, for 25.01 million yuan, and has obtained the exploration right certificate issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources.

The exploration right covers tin ore as the designated mineral, with an exploration area of 1.749 square kilometers. It is located in Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, within the Gannan non-ferrous metal metallogenic belt, where regional metallogenic geological conditions are excellent. The company stated that acquiring the exploration right will improve its industrial layout in new energy and rare precious metals fields including lithium, tin, rubidium, cesium, potassium, and aluminum, strengthen resource self-security capability, and reduce upstream raw-material price volatility risk.
