These Terms of Service govern access to KLF Mining. By using the website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must not share login credentials or use another person's account without authorization.
Membership and billing
Paid membership provides access to the Premium content described on the Membership page for the selected billing period. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, monthly and six-month plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added or handled by the payment provider.
Payments may be processed by the merchant of record or payment processor identified at checkout. That provider's transaction, payment, and buyer terms also apply. Access may be delayed or suspended when a payment is pending, reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal through My Account, through the payment provider's portal, or by contacting us. Cancellation does not normally shorten access already paid for. Refund requests are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
Permitted use
The service is licensed for your personal or internal professional use. You may not resell access, share paid content outside your organization, systematically scrape or reproduce the service, bypass access controls, interfere with security, or use content unlawfully.
Information service
KLF Mining is an information publication. Content is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Markets and source information can change quickly, and we do not guarantee that every item is complete, error-free, or continuously available.
Availability and enforcement
We may update, correct, remove, or restrict content and may suspend accounts for material misuse, non-payment, security risk, or breach of these terms. Features may change as the service develops. To the extent permitted by law, KLF Mining is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the service.
Applicable rights and contact
