Lumina Metals Corp. reported operating and financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. The company completed a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) for its Nowa Sól project, outlining two underground mine complexes with average output of 290,000 tonnes of copper and 28 million ounces of silver per year over the first 10 years of production.
During the period, Lumina also closed a heavily oversubscribed initial public offering raising US$421 million, with listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company said its 2026 drilling program is now underway. The PEA result and IPO proceeds position Lumina to advance a major European copper-silver development, a project relevant to regional supply diversification and metals market balances.
