OM Holdings Ltd has reached a long-term manganese concentrate supply agreement with a mine in Western Australia for its downstream operations. Element 25 said OM Holdings will purchase concentrate under a market-based pricing mechanism linked to global manganese benchmark prices.

In addition, OM Holdings has obtained exclusive global sales rights for qualified products, with limited exceptions in the initial phase for non-conforming materials and Element 25's own downstream processing needs. Manganese is mainly used as a key element for removing impurities and strengthening steel, and is also a component of electric vehicle batteries.
