EGA Regains Guinea Bauxite: Lost One Mine, Secured Contract Through 2044

The first shipment of 66,000 tonnes of bauxite is en route to the UAE. To secure this single cargo, EGA incurred a $680 million impairment, lost a mine nationalized by the state, and transitioned from mine owner to buyer.
