Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancel future renewal
You may cancel an automatically renewing membership at any time from My Account, through the payment provider identified in your receipt, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless the checkout provider states otherwise, Premium access continues until the end of the paid period.
Initial purchases
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of an initial purchase. Requests are generally approved when the account has not substantially used Premium content. Mandatory refund or withdrawal rights in your country continue to apply.
Renewals and payment problems
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new paid period has started, except where required by law or where there is a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, technical failure, or other verified billing error. Please report billing issues promptly and include the account email and transaction reference.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. If a merchant of record handled the purchase, its buyer and refund terms may also apply.
